Finding the Needle in the Haystack – Email Searches

A needle in a haystack is something that is impossible or extremely difficult to find, especially because the area you have to search is too large: Finding the key word I need in this huge pile of emails is like looking for/trying to find a needle in a haystack.

There is an easier way!

You can search for emails in TrialWorks case management software by going to the email tab of a case …

select the binoculars at the lower lefthand corner …

… which gives Users the ability to search an individual Case or All Cases by Subject, Body, From, or To!

When you find the desired email, simply double-click on the row to open the original email.
