Copying or Moving Documents
Uploaded a file to the wrong tab?
Looking to move one or multiple documents into a different case?
To move a single document, right click on the document’s subject then select ‘Transfer a Record’.
Once the ‘Transfer a Record’ box opens, you have the option to stay within your current case
or select the appropriate matter the document belongs in.
Next select the tab the document belongs on.
Once the document has been copied or moved, you will get confirmation that the transfer is complete.
To copy or move multiple documents at once, select the ‘Transfer Multiple Records’ from the Right Click Menu.
Once the ‘Transfer Multiple Records’ box opens, you can select all, or individually select
the documents to transfer.
When ready, hit the ‘Transfer Documents’ button.
Move documents within the current case or select a different case by clicking the drop down arrow. Select the correct Tab and choose to either copy or move the document by selecting Execute.
