Need to assign some Docket Items but can’t find the firm’s newest employee
on the Assigned To list?
Start at the Docket Tab.
Add a new Docket Entry by clicking the button with the yellow plus sign along the bottom toolbar of the Docket Tab.
Complete the details of the docket item. Make sure to include at least a due date, description and activity. Next, click the ‘Plus Sign’ to pull up a list of users to assign the Docket Entry to.
If you don’t see the user’s name on the list, you can add them by clicking the
plus sign at the bottom of the “Select an Assigned To” window.
Enter the new employee’s name and select ‘OK’
The name you entered will now appear in the drop-down list of ‘Assigned To’ users.
You must assign the newly created user to a Docket Entry to allow TrialWorks
to save and remember the user for the next time.
