Setting Up Template Packages
Want to create documents quicker? Try using Template Packages. This feature allows you to compile documents from different tabs all at once.
Click on Templates to set up Template Packages
Setting up Template Packages
Create Template Packages by clicking Add New Package. Use a descriptive name for the package using liability or case stage. For example, “MVA Opening Case Package.”
Choose templates from any tab that need to be included.
From the Current Case Ribbon click Create. Choose the Template Package Name and click Start Generating Package.
The document detail window opens with the selected template and defaults set. Add any additional details required by the Firm.
Each document will save under the proper tabs.
Using Template Packages helps streamline intakes and assist firms in training new personnel by putting together groups of documents that need to be prepared at different stages of a case.
