Update Your Fax Button in a Flash!
Does your firm’s current fax service match the label on the fax button in TrialWorks? It may not, causing confusion and concern amongst your colleagues.

Follow the steps listed below to match your fax label to the TrialWorks button:
- Go to the Home Menu, click the green plus sign on the New button, and select Fax;

The button on the screen below identifies the current fax service;

2. If the service identified is not the one you use, go to Settings > Global Settings > E-Mail/Fax Settings to change the Fax Domain (under the Fax Settings section);

Once you’re finished, the following window will appear on your screen:
