TrialWorks requires a Windows Server 2008-2019 network configured with Active Directory and a Windows Domain.
We need to know what type of computer network your firm is currently utilizing. Please specify the configuration of your network server by answering the following questions:

If directed, we can install the Casefiles (word-processing and scanned documents) on a separate drive.

TrialWorks utilizes SMTP protocal for the Dashboard Subscription services and Online Medical Record Retrieval. Please provide the following information for installation. We suggest creating an email address to be used for this service instead of using an existing user account as passwords could change.

*Please ensure the office manager or primary TrialWorks contact has the credentials for the email account, so that this feature can be configured within TrialWorks Global Settings.
If you’re going to use the automated TWService for Dashboard Subscriptions, eLaw, Docusign, and/or online medical record retrieval services, please create a user in Active Directory named "TWApp". The TWService will run under this account. The TWService cannot be installed/configured to use a different account. The account needs to have logon rights and local administrator rights on the machine that will run the service.
