Account Termination Date*

An account termination date is the date your firm would like all hosting accounts deactivated and your hosting environment shut down. All data will be deleted 30 days after this date. If you would like to backup your files and request a database backup export, please select “Create a backup of all data” under the special instructions section below.

By selecting this option, you will be given access to download a backup of all your hosting files, profile data, and an export of your database. All hosting data will be permanently deleted 30 days after your account termination date.

By selecting this option, you are requesting that all your data be deleted after your account termination date. If you do not request a backup of files and database before your termination date, this data will be permanently deleted within 30 days after your account termination date. If you would like to backup all your files and database before termination, please select the option “Create a backup of all data.”

A cutoff date is the date your firm will stop working in the hosting environment and a database export will be created. This date can be earlier than the account termination date. Please note that if a separate date is specified for cutoff, any changes made to your database after the cutoff date will not be included in the backup.
